All goods are checked prior to shipping and packed according to our safe packing standard. If you received your goods with defects, damaged, or wrongly shipped, please contact us at hello@fredhelligh.com with proof of photo/video, and we will arrange for returns and/or replacement. 

You may return and exchange items purchased within 14 days from when the order was shipped. Items must be unused and in original condition for them to be eligible for exchange. 

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees. 

No returns or exchange are available for sale and discounted products.

In the event that your required item for exchange is unavailable, we will offer a store credit, as we do not offer cash refunds.
